Here is a fragment of a letter. A programmer refuses to take a part in a project. Client is distilleries.

Truth to tell, I'm not sure that you'll read this. I really understand how great is the temptation to take part in this project. I think, this temptation cannot be overcome without changing one's life position.

Life position is a most fundamental thing. Life position made people come against machine guns with nothing but bare hands. Still, I hope there'll be a miracle and you'll read this message. It's the only reason for me to write them.

In any case, I do not have any choice. I have to tell you all this as you insist on my participation in this project.

I myself was being told the truth about alcohol for 3 years - and I refused to listen to it.

I understand perfectly well that one can earn lots of money producing and selling, or even promoting alcoholic drinks. Simple participation in the process can make lots of money also.

But I do not differentiate between alcohol and narcotics. The only difference between them is how society treats them. One who knows the truth about alcohol will always struggle it.

The society lead by the authorities always uses us for their selfish ends. And here we face a choice - whether we want to be a flock of sheep or we can preserve our life position.

The problem is: neither mass media nor official medicine will tell you the truth about alcohol.
Mass media makes sober society an underground anomaly, as sobernes cannot generate any direct income.

Still, the strength of soberness lies in another, spiritual domain.

Here are some facts about alcohol:

- Ethanol is a neurothrope protoplasmatic poison. It is one of the heaviest drugs among existing ones.;
- 100 grams of alcohol completely destroy 8000 active neurons ('neurothrope')
- Each time a person drinks alcocol, it results in cemeteries of neurons in the person's brain
- Any mental work cannot be combined with positive attitude towards alcohol.
- The brain of an alcoholic resembles valenki eaten by moth
- 100 grams of alcohol blocks the right cerebral hemisphere during 28 days. This hemisphere is responsible for spirituality
- Also, alcohol influences ANY cells of an oranism and dissolves their shells ('protoplasmatic')

- Drunk can be easily manipulated (Ekatherina II)
- The law of 3 generations destroys whole nations. (The third generation of alcoholics cannot give birth to children) So, in the beginning of the century the only amount of natural frenchmen was 15%
- The seed-stock of a young man is completely renewed after ~130 days
- A young woman who smokes or takes alcohol can possibly produce a retarded child, as her seed-stock is permanent.
- Every drink makes men and women lose their distinctive features and move towards the general "it".
- Desire to take drinks is an ARTIFICIAL program in our subconsciousness. If it were common in the society to take vinegar instead of alcohol, people would take vinegar and enjoy it. This is only a life position. Sometimesk, people die for their life position. Sometimes, it might be appropriate to change it.

There are no natural reasons for taking alcohol!

I gave you the book of his conversations in 2000. Brartets Ioann Samarskiy Churikov preached for 33 years (1896-1929) and cured ~300000 people of tobacco, alcohol and other ilnesses. He's the one who introduced the concept of Holy Soberness and additional commandments:

- Don't take neither wine nor anything that clouds your mind;
- Don't smoke;
- Don't use foul language

"If you want to be happy, don't take wine!"

Today, any given sunday more than 100 people accept Holy Soberness and deny wine in St Petersburg. We're aware of such cases when incurable diseases (asthma as well as AIDS) were cured by the simple fact of denying wine by ill people who promise to stay sober from now on. The preaches I mentioned above are actually conversations about the meaning of the Gospel and its application in everyday life. Also, people may stop eating meat, though it's not obligatory. The Brartets's Abstainers believe that his activities actually were the second coming of Christ. These people are actually cured of most dreadfull diseases.

Putin is the first president of our country who congratulates his people on New Year without a glass of wine in his hands. He also reduced our taxes.
Lots of russian scientists and public people accept soberness as the basis for their deeds.

Priests expect Judgement Day and frighten people with it. Just like 2000 years age, they simply refuse to see what happens around them. Judgement is already on and it is judgement by wine. All evils of the world result from the lack of spirituality in the society. Alcohol is the tool which destroys spirituality. When one decides on his attitude towards alcohol, he chooses light or darkness, God or satan. If we choose satan's dark side, - WE DON'T HAVE ANY FUTURE! I can have lots of money by serving Satan, but I denied wine 6 years ago and don't want to be a traitor like Juda.

Alcohol is the tool of destroying mind on the planet!!!

The saddest side of this all is that people usually understand this when they face a disaster. Coming to these ideas in regular life is very rare.

You say that we have our common history. In thistory, I look up to you as an example of a man who steadily moves towards his goals following the path he has chosen. You were not stopped by disasters in private life nor by state crises. When I felt desperate, I told myself: "If he doesn't surrender facing such disasters and temptations to despair, What right do I have to change my path?" Now, the only thing I hope for is: the current project is a greatest temptation, but if we overcome it, we'll face an even greater future.

The thing that worries me is the fact that I let you down. But - I cannot help distilleries.
Please, do not send me the money.
I have nothing against the chief of distilleries and his employees. We cannot blame people. We blame alcohol. And I cannot accept any money resulting from alcohol. Though not much, I earn enough for my living. Please, don't worry about me.
